    I used to go fishing with my dad off the prom at Cleveleys .. before the sewage outlet was in. Don't think I'd fancy it now.

    Used to go fishing in the pits on Breedy Butts Farm (Off New Lane.)It was said that when WW2 broke out the farmer changed all his money into coins and buried it in biscuit tins on his land,Might be worth a trip with a metal detector?
